Major Crossroads:

We are located on South side of Bell Road on the corner of Bell Road right before the Parkview Place stoplight. We are directly off of Bell Road only a few blocks west of Grand Avenue. We are located directly past the Surprise Stadium entrance. Our office has a large West Valley Urgent Care sign facing Bell Road.

From the Loop 101:

Take the Bell Road exit and head west. Pass Grand Avenue and look for the Surprise Stadium Business complex, we are located on the left hand side on Bell Road and right before the Parkview Place and Bell Road Intersection. We are located directly past the Surprise Stadium.Our office has a large West Valley Urgent Care sign facing Bell Road.

From Grand Ave.

Head west on Bell Road. Pass the Surprise Stadium entrance and the street directly after it is Parkview Place, we are located on Bell Road and right before the Bell Road and Parkview place intersection on the left hand side. Our office has a large West Valley Urgent Care sign facing Bell Road.
